This is a fine place to eat and relax with the best view in Saugatuck. The food is superb and unique, driven by the creativity and enthusiasm of the proprietors. It is obvious they love what they do. I see one review used the word “forlorn” when describing how this place looks. Saugatuck is not a new town with a long history of logging and seafaring. Today, it’s a boating town and its old mariner feel is shared by most buildings. Character, charm, and almost the feeling of salt in the air in this Lake Michigan town is mirrored by this restaurant and gentrified by its menu. You won’t find a better meal in Saugatuck. The breakfasts are my favorite and available any time of day. The lunch and dinner menus are also excellent. As a boater, it took a while for me to find this place. We eat there often now.
